International Contemporary Art Show
November 22 to December 20, 2009

Location: Niterói
Regulation
1 - The show is open to artists from Brazil and abroad.
2 - Each artist will participate with only one work per entry. The work should have the maximum extent of: 100cm tall x 60 cm wide, and at least 40x40 cm, including the size of the frames. Work will not be accepted outside these measures. Must be presented ready to hang and received no later than October 15, 2009. Sculptures 100cm tall x 50cm diameter.
Work will be accepted in all categories, through evaluation.
3 - The event will be held in various parts of the culture of the city, namely: Gallerie 52, da Aliança Francesa; Espaço Cultural Tribo Urbana; Glia Cultura e Aprendizado; Instituto Cultural Germânico; Galeria do Instituto La Salle; Andef e SESC de Niterói. The artists can not choose where their work will be exposed, with just curated this decision.
4 - It is right of the organizers, for appropriate reasons, change the place and date of the event, giving advance notice to all participants.
5 - The registration is 40 Euros to cover the event.
6 - Artists from previous participants are exempt from the registration fee, but to receive the catalog they must pay 25 euros.
7 - The registration will only be confirmed upon payment of registration fee and send the following material: evidence of charge by e-mail, the picture of the work coming to the exhibition and completed registration form.
8 - The event will catalog printed in edition of 1000 units.
9 - advertising materials, catalog and certificates will be sent in a single copy to each participating artist. The cost of transmission will be for the artist.
10 - Last day to join: October 15, 2009
11 - Within this period must be received by email intercambioculturalarts@yahoo.com.br the form of accession to the event accompanied by the picture of the work to the site.
12 - The organization reserves the right to choose the work involved. The pre-selection will be made online through evaluation of curriculum and display of works. After approval the artist will be contacted again and can then send the completed registration form and deposit slip by email.

15 - The producer of the event take care of the work out, but not assume any liability for any damage, fire, theft or so.
16 - In case of sale of the work during the exhibition will be the Cultural Arts Exchange a percentage of 20%.
17 - The artist is committed to the withdrawal of the works within 10 days following the end of exposure, through your mail or contact the association for the return.

Regolamento
1 - La mostra è aperta agli artisti provenienti dal Brasile e all'estero.
2 - Ogni artista partecipa con una sola opera per ogni ingresso. I lavori dovrebbero avere il massimo della misura: 100 centimetri di altezza x 60 cm di larghezza, e di almeno 40x40 cm, compresa la dimensione del frame. I lavori non saranno accettati al di fuori di tali misure. Deve essere presentata pronti da appendere e ricevute entro e non oltre il 15 ottobre 2009. Sculture 100 centimetri di altezza x 50 centimetri di diametro.
I lavori saranno accettati in tutte le categorie, attraverso la valutazione.
3 - La manifestazione si terrà in varie parti della cultura della città, vale a dire: Gallerie 52, da Aliança Francesa; Espaço Cultural Tribo Urbana; Glia Cultura e Aprendizado; Instituto Cultural Germânico; Galeria do Instituto La Salle; Andef e SESC de Niterói. Gli artisti non possono scegliere il loro lavoro in cui saranno esposte, a cura solo con la presente decisione.
4 - E 'diritto degli organizzatori, per giusti motivi, cambiare il luogo e la data della manifestazione, dando un preavviso a tutti i partecipanti.
5 - L'iscrizione è di € 40,00 per coprire l'evento.
6 - Artisti da precedenti partecipanti sono esenti da tassa di registrazione, ma per ricevere il catalogo devono pagare una tassa di € 25,00.
7 - L'iscrizione sarà confermata solo al pagamento della tassa di registrazione e inviare il seguente materiale: la prova della tassa per e-mail, l'immagine del lavoro a venire alla mostra e modulo di iscrizione compilato.
8 - L'evento catalogo stampato in edizione di 1000 unità.
9 - materiale pubblicitario, cataloghi e certificati saranno inviati in un unico esemplare di ogni artista partecipante. Il costo della trasmissione sarà per l'artista.
10 - Ultimi giorni per iscriversi: 15 ottobre 2009
11 - In questo periodo devono essere ricevuti via e-mail intercambioculturalarts@yahoo.com.br il modulo di adesione alla manifestazione accompagnata da foto dei lavori per il sito.
12 - L'organizzazione si riserva il diritto di scegliere il lavoro svolto. La pre-selezione sarà effettuata on line attraverso la valutazione del curriculum e di visualizzazione delle opere. Dopo l'approvazione l'artista verrà contattato di nuovo e può quindi inviare il modulo di iscrizione compilato e la ricevuta via email.

15 - Il produttore della manifestazione prendono cura del lavoro, ma non si assume alcuna responsabilità per eventuali danni, incendi, furti o così.
16 - In caso di vendita dei lavori durante la mostra sarà Culturale Arti Scambio una percentuale del 20%.
17 - L'artista si impegna al ritiro delle opere entro 10 giorni dopo la fine dell'esposizione, attraverso la tua mail o contattare l'associazione per il ritorno.
