Recently I've been doing subjects that could be considered "Pop-Art" ; Iconic images from the past of the society that I live in. For some reason I haven't been entirely happy with the overall results except that the colors have turned out so wonerfully. It's as though I'm a student of art and I've been given these "exersizes" to do.

How do you decide on your subject matter?

Sometimes guided by unseen forces. I can begin with vague shapes or colors and make changes until a subject suggests itself. Quite often the work takes on a life of it's own

primarilly english, some spanish
