About Me:: I was born and grew up in New York City. My first love was poetry and I attended the Writer’ Workshop at the University of Iowa. I did graduate work at New York University in English Literature. I worked in Journalism for several newspapers including the New York Times.
I am a self taught painter who has explored a variety of mediums
including oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, collage, mixed media, enamel etc.
My most recent shows were at the Williamsburg Art & Historical Center in Brooklyn, NY (a group show called Brave Destiny) and a one man show at Wisdom House in Litchfield County, CT.
